Are you interested in becoming a healthcare professional? This panel introduces students to careers in the medical field and the paths to becoming a physician in the US and Japan. We will also discuss steps to getting into college (undergraduate) and other graduate schools. 

Topics covered will include:

  • Information on various medical fields
  • Steps to get into college and graduate schools
  • Differences in medical training between the US and Japan
  • New JMSA physician shadowing program

The panel will feature medical students, residents and physicians who are active members of the Japanese Medical Society of America (JMSA). Following the panel discussion there will be time for a question and answer session in Japanese.
